Covid Visitation Protocol

 Dear Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.  We have all  been through a lot these past few months and we're all looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.  While many things have changed, one thing remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Our infection control processes are made so when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.

We go by the American Dental Association (ADA), the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the guidelines and rulings of these agencies and make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agency recommendations.

Please review the changes before your next appointment:

  • When we confirm your appointment, you will be asked some screening questions. you will be asked those same questions again when you arrive at our office.
  •  When you arrive for your dental appointment, stay in your vehicle and call us at 303-759-3336 to let us know you are here. When your treatment room becomes available, we will call you to come in and go directly to your room without stopping in the waiting area. For those that don't have a cell phone, please call us before you leave for your appointment and we'll make other arrangements. This allows us to properly disinfect the room and minimize contact with other people.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting time for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
  • Sadly our office no longer offers magazines, beverages or children's toys.  Those items are difficult to disinfect.

We look forward to seeing you soon and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and every patient safe in our practice.  To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 303-759-3336.

Thank you,

Bret E. LaFonte and Team
